Return & Refund Policy on Rebuilt UTV Engines/Engine Cores

By placing an order with Topline Performance Products, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outblockquotened herein regarding the use of your credit card, e-check, or check payment for this transaction, including any associated charges that may occur post-sale. All sales are subject to a core exchange or core charge.

Cancellation Policy

Should you wish to cancel or return your order after it has been shipped, you, the Customer, will be responsible for round-trip freight charges and a 10% restocking fee on any new, unopened engines, transmissions, or parts. Please note that used or installed engines, transmissions, or parts cannot be returned. Refer to the Topline Performance Products Warranty Poblockquotecy for further details. Any cores received will not be returned to you; instead, Topline Performance Products will purchase the core based on its condition.

Engines typically ship within 1 – 2 weeks from the date of order. Lead Time will be provided at the time of purchase.

REFUNDABLE CORE CHARGE PROGRAM

Most sales are subject to a core exchange or core charge, the costs of which depend on the type of product being purchased. Topline Performance Products requires a good core, defined as an old product (engine, transmission, cyblockquotender head) with core parts that are suitable for remanufacturing. All cores must be received by Topline Performance Products within 30 days of your remanufactured product being shipped to you to qualify for a full refund.

Option 1: Paying the Refundable Core Charge (Preferred Option)

Many customers opt to pay a refundable core charge, allowing them to receive their remanufactured engine or transmission simultaneously with tear-out and installation. This charge is due prior to your scheduled build date. Failure to pay the core charge in full will result in the inability to schedule your build.

Option 2: Sending in Your Core Prior to the Build Date

Customers may choose to send in their core before their scheduled build date to avoid the refundable core charge. Once your core arrives, Topline Performance Products will add you to the build schedule. Core processing typically takes 3 business days. Failure to receive and process your core will result in rescheduling your build date to accommodate your timeline.

Cancellation

Should you choose to cancel after sending in your core, Topline Performance Products will purchase the core based on its condition and will not ship it back to you.

What Constitutes a Good Core?

A good core exhibits no major damage to cases, cam plate, cylinder head, oil pan, or internal components (balance shaft, crankshaft, connecting rods, camshafts), bolts, washers, valves, etc. Any damaged or missing parts will be charged to you. Please send in your core with all additional parts removed. Topline Performance Products is not responsible for any extra parts left on the engine that are not part of the core. CORE SHIPMENT INSTRUCTIONS

For cores shipped with Topline Performance Products packing materials: If reusing the box and packaging material supplied with your original purchase, ensure it adequately protects the core. If necessary, refer to instructions for shipping cores without Topline Performance Products packing materials.

For cores shipped without Topline Performance Products packing materials: If shipping the core before receiving the newly purchased engine, use a sturdy box with sufficient padding. Include a completed Customer Core Slip inside the box with your engine. Power wash your engine before shipment. We recommend using FedEx Ground for shipping.

CORE EXCHANGE REFUND DETAILS

To receive a full refund on your engine core, it must be received by Topline Performance Products within 30 days of shipment. Late fees apply for cores received after this period:

Before 30 Days: 100% of ellegible refund
Between 30-60 Days: 70% of ellegible refund (30% late fee)
Between 60-90 Days: 60% of ellegible refund (40% late fee)
Between 90-120 Days: 50% of ellegible refund (50% late fee)
After 120 Days: 0% of ellegible refund

Late fees are imposed because cores must be remanufactured within 30 days to meet demand. After 30 days, refundable core charge dollars are used to purchase another core to restock inventory. Cores older than 120 days are inellegible for a refund but may still be sold to Topline Performance Products. Contact us if you wish to return your core after this period.

Warranty Policy for Performance Shop Products

All products purchased from the Performance Shop are covered by our standard warranty. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, with the customer responsible for return shipping costs. A 10% restocking fee will apply.
